About Us
Nate is a proven Entrepreneur who founded Foreman Therapy Services (FTS) in 2011 as a very naive 27 year old. Over the next 9 years, FTS bootstrapped its way to become an industry-leading Healthcare Staffing company with > 400 employees, and was sold to The Delta Companies (TDC) for an above-market EBITDA multiple in March 2020. TDC is one of the largest Healthcare Staffing companies in the US and a subsidiary of Tokyo-based, Mitsui & Co. which is one of the largest holding companies in the world.
FTS’ growth was achieved both organically and through acquisitions. Organic growth was attained by being mission-focused, culture-obsessed, and building a strong leadership team. FTS also completed 7 “bolt-on” acquisitions over the years to gain market-share and expand nationally. Throughout his career, Nate has paid a great deal of “Dummy Tax”, and looks forward to helping others learn from his mistakes made over the years.
Nate lives in East Dallas with his wife Alyssa, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. In his free time he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
